Advantages and Extras
Registered users with their individual Email address and chosen password can benefit
from many extras: All orders can be processed comfortably through the personal account
at DVD-sexpress.com. By simply entering your Email address and password, the account goes
to your personal information that is maintained within the registry. Your orders will be
completed automatically. Before continuing with your order, all you have to do is check the
submitted information. That’s not only faster, but also more comfortable!
You can track your current orders on your personal account at DVD-sexpress.com. You’ll get an insight into your order status and will always know if your order is in process, on the mailing route or already delivered.
DAt all times, you can amend and cancel your personal account. Your personal account is free and you are under no obligation.
Sign Up
In the process of ordering, you can always set up your personal nonbinding
account at no charge. After starting the ordering process by clicking the
"Shopping cart/Checkout" button, you’ll get to the "Registration" page. Choose the
option "I want to set up a personal account.". Afterwards, enter your complete data on
the "Personal Account" page.
Your Password
Your Email address and password give you access to your data at DVD-sexpress.com.
Choose a password you can memorize easily. You are responsible for restricting access to your
password and your personal account at DVD-sexpress.com. If you wish to change your password at
a later date, go to "My Account" for changes. Notice that the password has to have 6 character minimum.
Forgot your Password?
If you can’t remember your password, you will be given the
chance to request for an alternative password on the page "My Account".
Click the "Forgot Password" button and enter your Last Name, First Name
and your Email address you provided us with at registration. With the aid of the Email
address, which identifies every customer individually, we’ll be able to identify your
data and email you an alternative password. Since you only or an authorized person
(you chose) have access to your Email mailbox, your alternative password is safe from
unauthorized access. Please only make use of the one-time alternative password, which
is generated by the database for safety-related reasons, to log in to your personal
account at DVD-sexpress.com just once. Please change the alternative password immediately
by entering a freely chosen, individual 6-character password. (See Change Account Information).
Member Login
In order to benefit from all advantages and get to your personal customer account
you must login to "My Account". For this, enter the Email address you provided us with
in the appropriated field. Enter your password in the second field, and then click the
"Continue" button. After that, you’ll get to the personal customer account overview.
After leaving our Web Site, the access to your personal account will be closed automatically.
If you share access to your computer with other persons, we recommend logging out with the "Log Out"
button. You’ll find the Log Out button on the bottom left of the account overview.
Change Personal Information
All personal details, except Customer ID, can be amended in your personal account easily.
Hereunto, go to your account overview and click "Change Personal Information", "Change Password",
or "Change Email Address". You can just overwrite, then save your personal data by clicking "Save"
below. You can change your password by entering your current password, and then entering the new
password twice. To change your Email address, enter your new Email address, and then confirm the
changes with your password. To delete your personal Customer Account, click the "Delete Account"
button on the account overview.
View your Orders
Here, you’re given the chance to view and track your orders at DVD-sexpress.com.
Click the "My Orders" button within your personal account. A summary of your orders
placed in the past 3 months will be listed. Orders placed more than 3 months ago will be
deleted after completed delivery.
By clicking "Order Number" or "View", you can view every single order in detail. The status shows the state of your order. With multiple DVDs, the status can be different. The following is displayed:
In Process: Your DVDs are in preparation.
Shipped: Your DVDs are already in transit.
Partially Shipped: A few DVDs are already in transit. The remaining DVDs are in preparation and will be shipped out with no additional shipping charges.
Cancelled: Your order was cancelled by you or us.
Returned: The DVDs were returned or exchanged.
Sold Out: Unfortunately, the DVDs are sold out and no longer available.
