Can I purchase older Erotic DVDs which no longer appear in the shop?
DVDs from previous weeks or months, which are no longer advertised but still available,
can only be acquired through our contact form. Maybe you’re lucky and can find your desired
DVD in our section Nice Price – browsing; it's worth a try!
What is Preview?
In our section Preview, we show you New Hardcore Releases by famous producers
in advance of release. If you want to be the first being delivered these top
DVDs, you can order and pay today. We will ship your ordered DVD immediately after its release.
What is Nice Price?
In our section Nice Price, we offer you Erotic DVDs at cut-rate prices. The offer changes weekly,
since we receive the latest new releases almost daily. With that, we’re able to cut prices of single
DVDs and offer them in this section. Don’t wait for your order. Offers are good only while stocks last.
Can I also place an order by fax or Email?
Sure you can place orders by fax, if you, for example, don’t want to submit
your credit card information online or if you want to make a prepayment. For this,
we’ll need the following information:
- Last Name, First Name, Address, Fax Number or Email Address
- A copy of your Passport or Identity Card for age-check purposes
- Exact Item Description with Item Number
- Selected Form of Payment

All ordered DVDs are discreetly wrapped in an absolute neutral,
special hard carton wrapping with the sender NEO S.L. The packaging

To which countries do you ship?
We ship worldwide. On the basis of legal limitations, some DVDs aren’t allowed to be delivered to Switzerland.

How can I make a payment at DVD-sexpress.com?
We offer you 2 easy forms of payment: Prepayment and Credit Card.

What are the rates for Shipping and Handling?
Shipping and Handling rates within Germany and to Austria amount € 5.90 per shipment,
independent of weight. This amount covers only partially the shipping and handling costs.
We will pay the balance for you. We are not including shipping costs in our DVD prices.
Offering branded DVDs to popular prices is our philosophy.
I was not at home at the time of delivery. How do I receive my ordered goods?
We ship out our items reliably with our partners DHL or UPS. The postman will leave a notice
with the earliest delivery date, if he’s not able to meet you. However, you have the option to
arrange a delivery date with DHL or UPS. You’ll find the phone number on the corresponding notice
in your mail box.
How can I contact DVD-sexpress.com?
We prefer the fast communication via
email which will be usually answered as soon as
possible, at the latest within 12 hours. Customer queries are our first priority!
If a delivered DVD cannot be started/played!
If you have problems starting or playing a DVD, please contact our Customer
Service at Kundenservice@DVD-sexpress.com
first before returning the DVD. In most cases, we can solve problems of this type via Email.
A malfunction does not always emerge from the DVD. Please describe the problem as precisely as
possible and specify all error reports. Please also name the brand and type of your DVD player.
Please notice that we cannot accept unannounced returns.
